Referring to your telegram re "Oldhamia". Information received that 29 men belonging to "Oldhamia" arrived yesterday Swatow. State that they were captured by Russians to the South of Bashee Channel 18th. May transferred to "Dnieper" and from "Dnieper" yesterday to British Ship "Waishing" off Chelang Point. They believe "Oldhamia" sank.
